New Client Energy Session
This type of session is the most helpful if you are looking for emotional well-being and/or spiritual support. At its core, this is a Reiki session and as such is done on a Reiki table on a fully-clothed recipient.

This is a 90 minute session and includes an hour of energy healing and 30 minute consultation.
Cost: $95
New Client Thai Bodywork Session
This type of session is great for help with physical body. It alleviates tightness in the hips, lower back aches, and general stiffness. This session is done on a mat on the floor. As it incorporates stretches, the recipient needs to wear comfortable, stretchy (or loose) clothing.

New Client Herbal Consultation
This is an all encompassing consultation aimed on helping you achieve your best health. We discuss your lifestyle, diet, emotional and physical states, and how herbs can help you shift to feeling better and support your life.
This is a 90 minute session, available in-person and online.
